Tara,
I read the article that you are referring to and it seems pretty valid. It inspired me to do my own research on acne treatments based upon gender. I came across this one product called CTRL, and it is a gender specific treatment plan. Looks pretty good to me. Has any one heard of CTRL? I want to know if anyone has tried it. more…

I think the reason that most treatments treat only the cause is because of a lack of understanding of the cause and a lack of understanding of how gender effects acne and its treatment.
I read on http://campusacnetruth.org/html/acne_gender.html guys' skin is 25% thicker than girl's skin (which would explain why most treatments don't t more…

I agree that good nutrition and vitamins are important to fighting acne and being healthy, but do we have any good information on just what actually helps, and how much? I mean, you should be taking your vitamins anyway, but it would be nice to know how much of what has what effect.
