Acne treatment that really works!

by vilantae @ 2007-05-11 - 20:00:51

There are many different acne products on the market today. Almost all of the products you see advertised on television and in magazines are topically based acne products like pads & creams.

The problem with topically applied acne products is that they try to treat the results rather than the cause.

By the time acne has reached the skin it's way too late to stop it.

The only way to really treat acne is through internal means such as Roaccutane (an Rx only medication derived from A vitamins) or B5 Vitamins (Vilantae)

This is because acne is not caused by having dirty skin or having "clogged pores" but is in fact caused by an overproduction of oil in the body. So the only way to stop acne is by slowing down or stopping this overproduction of oil internally. By the time the acne has reached the skin, it's too late. It's like trying to rub a cream on your skin to lose weight. The fat is inside your body. It's the same thing with acne, it doesn't make any sense to try and treat acne with topical treatments. They just don't work.

I personally suffered from acne for 7 years and I tried every single type of topical acne treatment I could find. All of the pads, all of the creams. None of them worked. If anything they just made my skin more agitated.

It wasn't until I learned about and started using Vilantae to lower my production of oil internally that I was able to finally get rid of my acne.

Besides getting rid of my acne another great thing I found about using Vilantae is that it has no serious negative side effects. In fact I found it gives me more energy and more focus when I take it. These are good "side effects" so I don't really consider them side effects at all.

Rx Roaccutane is only prescribed to those with very bad acne cases because it has extensive negative side effects. Roaccutane works to slow down over production of oil as well and it really works. In fact it works even better than Vilantae (it's the only thing that works better than Vilantae) but because of it's extensive negative side effects, Rx only status, and very high price I definitely suggest going to http://www.vilantae.co.uk and learning more about Vilantae first before asking for a prescription for Roaccutane.

Vilantae Ingredients

Vilantae posts a scan of their label on their ordering page. This is great. It lets you know exactly what's in Vilantae. This adds to the trustworthiness you can feel when you are dealing with them.

The ingredients in capsule and liquid forms do not differ. The only difference is the form. Some prefer taking the capsules and other prefer the liquid. Unlike other B5 for acne treatment companies, Vilantae gives you that choice.

The ingredients are as follows:

Thiamine 1 mg
Riboflavin 1.15 mg
Niacin .7 mg
Vitamin B6 1.33 mg
Folate 20 mcg
Vitamin B12 4mcg
Biotin 60 mcg
D-Calcium Pantothenate 510mg (aka B5 Vitamins or Pantothenic Acid)
Chromium 3 mcg
Manganese .1 mg
Molybdenum 3 mcg
Selenium 2 mcg
Zinc .5 mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 2 mg

As you can see Vilantae contains more than Vitamin B5. These other ingredients are to improve the performance of the Vitamin B5 which is the main ingredient. Other B5 acne treatment products do not contain these additional ingredients and thus are not as effective. Some other companies advise you to use a B complex vitamin with their dose of B5 but Vilantae takes care of that for you.

They are extremely confident (as am I) in their product which is why they offer a 90 money back guarantee .

With a 90 day money back guarantee you don't have anything to lose, but your acne!

I agree that good nutrition and vitamins are important to fighting acne and being healthy, but do we have any good information on just what actually helps, and how much? I mean, you should be taking your vitamins anyway, but it would be nice to know how much of what has what effect.

Cheers.

I think the reason that most treatments treat only the cause is because of a lack of understanding of the cause and a lack of understanding of how gender effects acne and its treatment.

I read on http://campusacnetruth.org/html/acne_gender.html guys' skin is 25% thicker than girl's skin (which would explain why most treatments don't treat the cause in guys...because it can't reach the cause)
